Peace of mind
My desire as a life coach is to treat you as an individual. To tailor a program that will bring happiness and peace of mind.
Some of the areas I will focus on will be:
- Establishing Goals – Helping you achieve what YOU want from YOUR life. More time, space, energy and vitality, calm and peace, progression and a balanced lifestyle.
- Organisation – Working on time management, learning how to prioritise and plan your day more effectively.
Changing Undesirable Habits and Rituals
This could be learning mindfulness and ridding yourself of negative thought patterns and unhelpful mind chatter, cutting down on alcohol and caffeine.
Getting more quality sleep and helping you “get” to sleep with the use of relaxation techniques. Looking at your diet, working toward a more colourful plate and cutting out the ‘beige foods’ which make you feel tired and lethargic.
Eliminating limiting beliefs and building up your self confidence.
Develop a Positive and Productive Routine
Starting the day in a positive, focused way, on a well balanced diet drinking more water, exercising, meditation and yoga.
Laughing at least once a day, which creates endorphins and serotonin, the happy chemicals in the brain. Having a positive mindset. “Positivity Attracts Positivity”.
Practicing gratitude every day and counting your blessings instead of your woes (first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep) which will put you in a positive frame of mind for the next new exciting day.
