Trauma Releasing exercises
Trauma Releasing Exercises are designed to help individuals release stress and tension as a result of difficult life circumstances, immediate or prolonged stressful situations or traumatic life experience. These exercises have been used successfully in over 29 countries for recovery from chronic stress or post trauma symptoms due to generalised life situations, accident, natural disasters and political violence.
A typical class is 60 mins long and the follows a set sequence

• set of exercises
