We begin the morning with a gentle, heart-opening yoga flow to ground the body, awaken the breath, and prepare you to fully receive the ceremony.

From here, we move into the cacao experience. Ceremonial cacao, often known as the “food of the heart”, is rich in natural compounds such as theobromine (a gentle mood enhancer), magnesium, and antioxidants that help uplift both body and mind. As you sip this sacred drink, it works subtly to open the heart, expand awareness, and invite a sense of inner clarity and connection.

In this intentional space, we will set personal intentions,creating room for what you wish to welcome in this summer and what you feel ready to release.

We then flow into a deeply immersive sound healing journey, where soothing vibrations and frequencies guide you into a state of profound relaxation, gently easing stress, softening emotional tension, and supporting energetic release.
