✨ Frequency Flow Morning Ritual 

I’m so excited to share that the incredibly talented Jeanette Ribeiro skin & well being specialist, and I have come together to create a truly nourishing morning ritual weaving together our passions over three decades of experience in the wellness world. 

The morning will open with a Facial Reflexology Workshop, applying a beautiful blend of aromatherapy oils to uplift our senses,  you’ll learn how to activate key pressure points to awaken and balance your energy.

We’ll then move into a Kundalini yoga Kriya to release fear and stress, uplift your spirit, and bring you into flow. 

To make this journey even more special, Jeanette will be our live DJ, 🎧creating an incredible soundscape to blend seamlessly with the practice. 

From there, you’ll be bathed in the deeply restorative sounds of the Gong, Crystal Bowls, and Chimes, 

While you bathe in sound, gentle hands work to release neck tension, stretch connective tissue, and free up the places where stress hides. This combination of touch and sound leaves you feeling lighter, looser, and deeply restored.

This is a blissful 2 ½ hour immersive wellness experience designed to realign, release, and restore the perfect reset for mind, body, and spirit.
