Life coaching is about talking to the client about their goals and taking manageable steppingstones to reach it.

In a totally confidential and non judgmental arena.

To discuss the reality of the situation and consider all ideas and options that are challenging their current way of thinking.

Locating the unhelpful thought patterns and discovering a more resourceful state of mind.

Coaching aids getting from A to B perhaps quicker than you would on your own.

The aim is to build sustainability into the situation and not a quick fix.

The SecretMy desire as a life coach is to treat you as an individual. To tailor a program that will bring happiness and peace of mind.

Some of the areas I will focus on will be:

Establishing Goals: Helping you achieve what YOU want from YOUR life. More time, space, energy and vitality, calm and peace, progression and a balanced lifestyle.

Organisation: Working on time management, learning how to prioritise and plan your day more effectively.

Changing Undesirable Habits and Rituals:
This could be learning mindfulness and ridding yourself of negative thought patterns and unhelpful mind chatter, cutting down on alcohol and caffeine. Getting more quality sleep and helping you “get” to sleep with the use of relaxation techniques. Looking at your diet, working toward a more colourful plate and cutting out the ‘beige foods’ which make you feel tired and lethargic. Eliminating limiting beliefs and building up your self confidence.

I am notDevelop a Positive and Productive Routine: Starting the day in a positive, focused way, on a well balanced diet drinking more water, exercising, meditation and yoga. Laughing at least once a day, which creates endorphins and serotonin, the happy chemicals in the brain. Having a positive mindset. “Positivity Attracts Positivity”

Practicing gratitude every day and counting your blessings instead of your woes (first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep) which will put you in a positive frame of mind for the next new exciting day.

Brighter future will provide 6 face-to-face coaching sessions. The descovery session being 1½ hours long and the following 45 minutes, over a period of six months. As well as face-to-face sessions, I can also offer coaching via Skype and Facetime.

The costs for the above sessions are as follows:

Discovery  session (1½ hours) £85
Coaching sessions thereafter (45 minutes) £78 (x 5)
Total cost £475

All coaching sessions will take place during normal working hours, which are Monday to Saturday 09:30 – 17:00. Evening session can also be arranged.

The goals of the programme will be agreed in writing between Brighter future and the client.

Please be mindful of timekeeping. Brighter future will not be able to rearrange a coaching session if the client is late or misses a session.

Brighter future agrees to the following:

Complete confidentiality between Brighter future and the client will be maintained at all times unless the client is planning an illegal or dangerous act
Brighter future will be non-judgemental
Brighter future will only use directive technique, such as giving feedback or making suggestion
Coaching is neither counselling nor therapy. The results cannot be guaranteed as she/he enters into coaching with the full understanding that their actions will create the results
She/he will be appropriately open and honest with Brighter future

I treat people from many different roles, however, I particularly specialise in treating ex-forces personnel who struggle to get back into civilian life.
